Ordering

Hourly Rentals

  1. Hourly rentals of Aanstad Digital's services are available upon request, with a minimum rental period of 1 day and a maximum rental period of 36 days. Please contact us at [email protected] to discuss your project and book a rental period.
  2. Hourly rentals are billed at a pre-discussed rate per hour.
  3. Weekend Availability:
    1. Hourly rentals are usually not available on weekends
    2. Weekend rentals may be available with limited capacity. Please inquire when booking

Projects:

  1. Project Proposals: Clients can propose projects via email. Please provide a detailed description of your project, including objectives, scope, and desired outcomes.
  2. Project Agreements: Once a project proposal is accepted, a formal agreement outlining the scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms will be drafted and signed by both parties.
  3. Payment Terms: Payment schedules for project-based work will be agreed upon in the project agreement, with milestones or deliverables tied to specific payments.
  4. Revisions and Feedback: Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions as agreed upon in the project contract. Additional revisions may incur extra costs.
  5. Project Delivery: Final project deliverables will be provided in the agreed format and within the agreed timeframe, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
  6. Termination: Either party may terminate the project agreement under specific conditions as outlined in the agreement, with compensation for work completed up to the termination date.

Disclaimer

  • Hiring "Kiara" the Drag Queen: Hiring Kiara the drag queen is subject to availability and special conditions. Hourly fees are negotiable and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. The same terms and conditions apply to these engagements as outlined in the project agreements section.

Delivery

  1. Digital Delivery: Since our products are digital, we strive to provide them to you quickly. Typical business hours are Monday to Friday, and we'll address weekend inquiries promptly on the following Monday.

Pricing

  1. Currency: Norwegian Krone (NOK)
  2. Taxes: All prices will include 25% VAT.
  3. Price Adjustments: Aanstad Digital reserves the right to adjust prices in rare cases of supplier changes, clear pricing errors, or incorrect information.

Right of Withdrawal (Digital Products)

  1. Return Period: You have 14 days from the receipt of your digital product to exercise your right of withdrawal.
  2. How to Withdraw:
    1. Notify us clearly of your withdrawal decision via email to [email protected]. Include your name, address, email, order number, and the specific product(s) you wish to return.
    2. Since our products are digital, there's nothing to physically return.
  3. Refunds: Aanstad Digital reserves the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund if the digital product shows signs of use that decrease its value.
  4. Exceptions: Due to their nature, the right of withdrawal does not always apply to digital products. Please refer to Norwegian law for more details (https://lovdata.no/lov/2014-06-20-27).

Defective Digital Products

  • Quality Assurance: We inspect our digital products before delivery, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect file:
    1. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your name, address, email, order number, and a clear description of the problem.
    2. We'll work to either fix the issue or replace the product.
    3. For legitimate issues, we'll cover any associated costs in line with Norwegian law.

Limitations & Responsibilities

  1. Aanstad Digital is not liable for indirect damages that may arise as a result of our digital products.
  2. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by events beyond our control (Force Majeure). This could include labor disputes, natural disasters, governmental decisions, or issues with our suppliers.
  3. Changes made to products by suppliers or factors outside our control do not fall under our responsibility.
